Health Benefits of Ginger

Ginger has been used for a long time now to cure digestive issues, fevers, colds, and other conditions. It is a powerful anti-inflammatory agent and extremely effective at relieving arthritis.  Multiple studies have shown that it works wonders when it comes to treating vomiting and nausea too.  Numerous studies on its potency have proven that it has antioxidant, antifungal, and antimicrobial properties that help cure cold and flu symptoms.
